Working with brands such as Pepsi and Flawless by Gabrielle Union, she plans to take her marketing experience, and curate an innovative brand that distinguishes the women who smoke cigars from the industry’s common culture. Monica is one of the few black women that is determined to interrupt a male-dominated industry with the launch of her new business venture, Stanley’s Cigar Lounge in Atlanta. Monica’s goal for the new lounge is to create an environment that celebrates honor, excellence, and community while allowing the new generation to build its legacy through camaraderie and conversations over cigars.
